Shipping charges are based on the weight of the merchandise and the zip code, city and country of the buyer. Shipping fees are set automatically by the US Postal Service system on real time online. We do not set the prices ourselves.

When you contact us please tell us how you would prefer that we ship your order. On all orders shipped outside the Continental USA, insurance for the shipment is required.

Orders To Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada
These orders are shipped via US Postal Service First-Class Mail.  A 30% of total merchandise will be added to shipping charges.

International Orders Shipping Information
We ship orders anywhere in the world, as long as you agree to pay the requisite shipping charges. If you would like to place an international order, please e-mail us your order and we will e-mail back the entire cost of the order, including shipping charges. Please make sure to email us your shipping address to quote shipping charges (please include your zip code or equivalent), for more information please contact us before placing an international order.

Which companies do you use for shipping?

We will ship your order via the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.

If you prefer a different shipping company, contact us before placing your order to calculate shipping rates accordingly.
 

How can I track my order?

After you place your order, we will email you a US Postal Service tracking number so you can track your order via online in real time here www.usps.com. You can also check your order online on our web site here: http://www.californiaframes.com/tracking.asp

What is the shipping period?

When an order is placed on our web site, a shipping calculator will show the approximately time it will take to receive the order. If we do not have the picture frames on stock, we will let you know by email how long it will take to fulfill your order.  For large wholesale orders, it usually takes from one to two weeks.

International Orders

We only ship our products to selected countries.

If you do not see your country in the pull down menu of the shopping cart it means that we do not ship to that country. To consider shipping products in cases like that, please contact us to consider it.
