Please Note: all picture frame dimensions are measured from the inside of the frame ( the opening). Your picture frame size should be exactly the same size as the photo, painting, artwork or whatever you want to be framed.

For example:
If you want to frame a 8x10 inches photograph, you should order a 8x10 picture frame.

Who manufacture your picture frames?

We, California Frames, have our own picture frame factory and manufacture our picture frames ourselves. We are not resellers or middle men. Manufacturing our picture frames ourselves enable us to give you the best retail and wholesale picture frame prices in the industry.

Large and oversize packages and shipments
Large and/or "oversize" packages are orders that are packed in very big shipping boxes or packages. These packaged orders can be very expensive to ship both within the United States and abroad. It doesn't matter how much the actual package weighs, if it is "oversize" that matters.

Please note that for wholesale orders, customers are encourage to open a shipping account with UPS or FedEx. Using a shipping account saves up to 15% on shipping fees for wholesale orders.

If your package falls into the category of "oversize", and you are shipping to within the US, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, then your order can be shipped via FedEx, UPS o any US freight company.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Cards and PayPal.com accounts. Also, we accept Digital Checks and Money Orders. a US Bank Account Required to pay with a digital check.

Please note that the CVV number, (the last three digits of the number on the back of the card) are required when entering your card information when checking out. Corporate checks, cashiers checks, and money orders are also acceptable. In addition we will accept personal checks, however there is a 10-15 day waiting period while the check clears before we will ship your product.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Usually it takes from 2 to 3 weeks to ship wholesale orders via the shipping method chosen at check out. If we do not have the picture frames on stock, we will let you know by email how long it will take to fulfill your order.

For now our website is our catalog. As soon as we have a printed catalog ready, we will post a message on our web site.

Please note that because we use PayPal.com and 2checkout.com as our payment processors, we do not store or handle our customers private credit card information.

How accurately do the site images show the frames?

Please note that the images of our picture frames displayed on our web site are the exact picture frames we sell online.

Currently we are updating our picture frames photos. In the mean time feel free to order products based on our web site photos and information.

If for whatever reason a picture frame color is not what you expected, we will change it free of charge for the correct one.

We always place a description of the product with the larger image that will explain sizes, linen and colors. We are continuously updating our pictures to get the best quality of color. To compare all colors in one category, just click on "Details" (red link) on the checkout page to view all colors on one page . This way it will be easy for you to select a color without making a mistake.
