Oversized Frame Shipping Charge For Frames 20x30 and Larger
Most shipping companies such as the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and DHL have an oversized frame shipping charge.
For frames over 55" inches of combined outside dimensions, an Oversized Frame Shipping Charge is added. This reflects the shippers' surcharges for such extra large packages, as well as the additional packaging materials required to make sure that your oversized frame arrives just as beautiful as the day it was made at our frame factory.
For example a frame size 30x40 has a combined outside dimension of 70" inches (30+40= 70")
Please note that outside frame dimensions are different from the actual frame size:
*Your frame's outside dimensions will be larger, taking into account the width of the frame moulding.
*Your frame size is always the dimensions of the opening you want in your frame (for example the size to fit your art photograph or mats).
For shipping calculations, we use the outside dimensions of the frame — taking into account the width of the moulding.The outside dimensions of your frame will be larger than the frame size you used to order your frameFrames over 90" inches combined outside dimensions cannot be shipped assembled via regular shipping companies.

What frame size should I order?
If you want to frame an 8"x10" photograph or artwork, you should order an 8x10 picture frame.
The opening of the frame is the size of the frame, in this example it is 8x10 inches.
Please note that all picture frame dimensions are measured from the inside of the frame.
Your frame size should be exactly the same size as the photograph or artwork you want to frame.

What is our warranty?
We are so confident in our products and the quality of the materials that we offer a (3) months warranty on all of our picture frames. Our frames will keep the same quality as the day they were shipped.
We only use ponderosa pine and sugar pine wood from north America.
We do not use fake wood, plastic or any other wood-like material. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the picture frames. If anything goes wrong with your picture frames contact us and let us know. We will replace your frames with a new identical one.
Any credits issued are for picture frames only (no cash refunds will be made), and must be used within three (3) months of date issued.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What is California Frames return policy?
Because all picture frames are custom made for your order, returns are not accepted.
Returns will be accepted only if the picture frames can be resold to another person or company, returns may be considered (prior authorization is required).
We will send you a return authorization form and label which must be included with your frame order
The form must be included inside the box and the label attached to the outside of the box.
* No cash refunds will be made.
* We will not accept any returns on custom size products.
* Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

We will only replace damaged or missing frames withbrand new frames free of charge.
* You should contact our Customer Service Department at 1-619-621-8047 to discuss a return.
* Do not send back frames without prior authorization or it will be refused.
* The picture frames must be repackaged as it was originally delivered.
* If a return is authorized (frames returned without an authorization will be refused).
* A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all orders returned.
* Once the return has been received we will issue a credit for the product total only without including shipping.
* No returns, exchanges or claims will be honored more than 45 days beyond invoice date.
* Web specials and clearance picture frames cannot be returned.
* Returns on custom orders will be subject to a restocking fee.
* Any credits issued are for picture frames only and must be used within three 45 days of date issued and or invoice date.
How long does it take to ship?
We ship out all wholesale orders within 2-3 weeks. We ship using UPS Ground which generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time. We can send you the tracking number so you can find out when it will be delivered. You can use a tracking number on our website here http://www.californiaframes.com/tracking.asp or directly on http://www.ups.com
Note: If there is a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a solution. If we do not have the picture frames on stock, we will let you know by email how long it will take to fulfill your order. We use UPS but we can also use any US shipping company you wish.
Who manufacture your picture frames?
We, California Frames, have our own picture frame factory and manufacture our picture frames ourselves. We are not resellers or middle men. We are your picture frame factory which enable us to produce picture frame orders throughout the U.S at cheap wholesale prices.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we only accept the following payment methdos: debit and crefdit cards, money order, western union, personal and company checks and www.paypal.com accounts. Do you have a printed catalog?
For now our website is our catalog. As soon as we have a printed catalog ready, we will post a message on our web site.
How accurately do the site images show the frames?
Please note that the images of our picture frames displayed on our web site are the exact picture frames we sell online.Currently we are updating our picture frames photos. In the mean time feel free to order products based on our web site photos and information. If for whatever reason a picture frame color is not what you expected, we will change it free of charge for the correct
frame. We always place a description of the product with the larger image that will explain sizes, linen and colors. We are continuously updating our pictures to get the best quality of color. To compare all colors in one category, just click on "Details" (red link) on the checkout page to view all colors on one page . This way it will be easy for you to select a color without making a mistake.
